Work: Broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic. Ciprofloxacin 500mg - stronger dose for bacterial infections including urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections, gastrointestinal, skin, bone and joint infections. Works by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase.
