Work: Anticonvulsant and anti-neuropathic pain drug. Pregabalin 75mg reduces abnormal electrical activity in the brain and calms overactive nerves by binding to alpha-2-delta subunit of calcium channels. Used for neuropathic pain, diabetic nerve pain, post-herpetic neuralgia, fibromyalgia, generalized anxiety disorder, and as add-on treatment for partial epilepsy seizures.
