Work: It is a combination cream. Betamethasone is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, itching and swelling. Neomycin Sulphate is an antibiotic that kills bacteria and prevents bacterial infection. Used to treat infected eczema, dermatitis, allergic skin reactions with bacterial superinfection.
