Work: Same combination as previous CEFAJECT - Third generation cephalosporin antibiotic + beta-lactamase inhibitor. Cefoperazone inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis, Sulbactam protects it from resistance. Used for severe bacterial infections - respiratory, urinary, intra-abdominal, skin, bacteremia/sepsis. Given IM or IV after reconstitution.
